we need your attention to the following  matter: 

　　1. Less fatty food one day before the medical checkup, 
more vegetable in your meal. 

　　2. Fasting at least 8 hours before coming to the hospital 
for medical check-up,  including meal and water. 

　　3. If required to take your urine sample, please keep the 
middle part of sample  when you passing urine. 

　　   4. Loose wearing when coming to the hospital for medical 
check-up. 

　　   5. Making appointment three days before you come to the
